Learn more about Me
I graduated with Honors from Regents Business School in London with a Bachelors of Arts in International Business before permanently relocating to the United States in 2010. Growing up with parents in healthcare instilled in me an early interest in nutrition. Having a father who is a Doctor and spending summers working at his office, I saw firsthand that poor lifestyle choices led to multiple comorbidities. I realized proper nutritional counseling could have prevented or minimized most of these debilitating conditions.
I have completed my Dietetic Residency & Dietetic Internship in Clinical Nutrition at California State University, Northridge. I also completed the Core Health and Wellness Coach Training Program through Well Coaches at UCLA Hospital.
I have extensive experience and helped hundreds of patients at my own private practice. Working alongside patients I have helped them to manage their diabetes, slow down kidney disease progression and delay or prevent the need for dialysis.
I support patients by developing personalized nutrition plans while considering factors such as nutritional status, medications, & specific chronic diseases control.
I facilitate ongoing communication with the patients, and their healthcare team and provide the referring physician with progress notes and recommendations. I use a variety of diagnostic tools to assess specific needs and tailor results-oriented programs to meet patient goals.
